What set up gives you

This system can be set up for you, creating your own completely independent system. Set up gives you:

• A clean installation of the system.
• A unique domain name for your installation - your choice of any available domain.
• An SSL certificate to ensure secure communications.
• Your Administrator details, with logins and passwords, and other details if required, see below.
• Logins and passwords (which can be reset) corresponding to the Plan you are using.

Information required for set up

To enable to the site to be set up, the minimum you need to supply is:

• Your logo, preferably in eps format
• Header background colour reference
• An available domain name you’d like to use.

Bulk transfer of existing data

Where possible, set up will include uploading your existing data - we will discuss that with you. You would need to supply a spreadsheet. For example, this could include:

• instructors
• schools
• geographic work areas if applicable

A secure site with daily backups

The servers are protected with two independent firewalls. All ports excepting those required for operation of a website are closed or access restricted by IP address.

All communications with the servers are encrypted to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks.

The hosting is cloud-based and data centres are protected by 24 hour security. Data centres are located in the UK. Cloud-base hosting ensures there is no single point of hardware failure.

Data is backed up daily and stored securely off-site for 1 month. After one month data is destroyed.
